- The Extreme Bean Hot & Spicy
- The Extreme Bean Brine
- Potatoes
- Bacon
- Sharp Cheddar
- Olive Oil
- Dijon Mustard
- Salt
- Pepper
- Chives
- Garlic Cloves

Instructions
- Cook 2 pounds of potatoes, then chop into bite size pieces and addto a mixing bowl
- Cook the Bacon, then crumble and add to bowl
- Add 2 cups of Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- Chop a jar of The Extreme Bean and add to bowl
- Dressing - in a separate bowl add ½ cup Olive oil , 3 table spoons of Dijon Mustard, 1 Cup of Extreme Bean Brine, 1-2 crushed garlic cloves, Salt and Pepper to taste
- Add dressing to bowl and stir. Sprinkle chives over the top and serve
- *Dressing will absorb better if Potatoes are still warm
