EXTREME BEAN POTATO SALAD

Ingredients

  • The Extreme Bean Hot & Spicy
  • The Extreme Bean Brine
  • Potatoes
  • Bacon
  • Sharp Cheddar
  • Olive Oil
  • Dijon Mustard
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Chives
  • Garlic Cloves

Prep Time

10-12 minutes

Instructions

  1. Cook 2 pounds of potatoes, then chop into bite size pieces and addto a mixing bowl
  2. Cook the Bacon, then crumble and add to bowl
  3. Add 2 cups of Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
  4. Chop a jar of The Extreme Bean and add to bowl
  5. Dressing - in a separate bowl add ½ cup Olive oil , 3 table spoons of Dijon Mustard, 1 Cup of Extreme Bean Brine, 1-2 crushed garlic cloves, Salt and Pepper to taste
  6. Add dressing to bowl and stir. Sprinkle chives over the top and serve
  7. *Dressing will absorb better if Potatoes are still warm
